Minimum order quantity (MOQ)
There is no single published MOQ for every mahjong product. The applicable minimum is reviewed for the chosen product or tile material, existing stock, artwork or tooling changes, packaging and production method. The sales team confirms the project-specific MOQ and price tiers in a written quotation; do not treat a previous order's MOQ as a standing minimum.
Production lead time
There is no universal published production window. A lead-time estimate is provided after the material, tile or set configuration, approved artwork, sample requirements, quantity and packaging are defined. The written quotation should state the production start condition and estimated completion date; sample approval and shipping transit are separate from production time.
